• Upload GPX files containing route data
• Create custom poster designs featuring their routes

Your Content

You retain ownership of any GPX files, text, images, or other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide our Service.

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains malicious code or viruses

5. Orders and Payments

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed based on your shipping address before payment. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount including any applicable taxes.

Order Processing

Orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Processing and shipping times vary by product and location. We will provide tracking information when available.

Order Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing your design and order details before purchase. We are not liable for errors in custom text, design placement, or other user-specified elements.

6. Refunds and Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns except in the following circumstances:

• Product arrives damaged during shipping
• Manufacturing defects in the printed product
• Significant printing errors caused by our system

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace defective items at no charge.

7. Intellectual Property

Our Rights

The Service, including its design, functionality, and underlying technology, is owned by Very Much LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Content

Our Service uses map data from Mapbox and may include marathon logos and branding. You agree to respect all third-party intellectual property rights when creating designs.

You may not use our Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malicious code or attempt to hack our systems
• Create designs for commercial resale without permission
• Upload false or misleading route data
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use automated tools to access our Service

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
